The next time you’re booking a simulator simply use the email or phone number you used to purchase and apply the hours in the payment section.

Packages do expire 2 years after purchase.

Packages are non-refundable.

Packages are most cost effective when redeemed for peak hours, but can be used anytime. You can elect to pay for a booking without applying your package hours if it is a better deal to save your hours for future peak bookings.
